After Plumwood we moved to a two story, 3/2 house on Springville Way. This neighborhood was behind my middle school, although by this time I was a junior in high school. It was a good location...closer to schools, shopping and church. I remember a big chunk of time when I walked to seminary, simply because I could. (Probably also because of my OCD about always being on time for everything, which was easier to do when I was in control of timing. Ha ha!) This house had a garage on the left. The front door opened to a tiny entry way, the stairway straight ahead. The door leading to the garage was to the left. To the right was the living room. The back half of that room was supposed to be the dining area, because the kitchen, which was directly behind that, had no space for a table at all. There was a half bath on the left off the dining area, almost as far back as the kitchen.
Up the stairs and straight ahead was a bathroom. The first bedroom on the right was my room. For part of the time, anyway, I remember using the other bedroom as well. Down the hall, walking toward the front of the house, was another bedroom. At the end of the hall was the master bedroom and bath.
My family was living in the house on Springville at the time I left for college.
These are the pictures I have from inside this house.
